Good food.. Good flavor, always fun to make. New recipes every day to make for you and your family.

I LOVE to cook! Because I’m diabetic and have celiac disease, I have to be really careful in what I cook for myself, but I have recipes for my boyfriend and family that are just divine!  (I have only been celiac for about 4 years now)

I’m a big believer in using recipes as guidelines and not absolute numbers.  That means, some recipes might call for a “pinch, a little, a bit, tiny amount,” or just “till you think it’s thick enough.”  This gives the cook, YOU, room to make the recipe yours… without compromising the taste, flavor or fun!

Feel free to leave comments and suggestions on how to make the recipes better or different!

    1. I would say 99% I get from the internet… mostly cause I don’t want to show you my crazy kitchen…. LOL. I DO however actually make the recipes I find on the internet!! That is why the notes on the bottom give you my input on what worked or what I did. I haven’t figured out how to attach a website or specific person’s name to give credit… cause I don’t want you to click a link and then have it go to a random website and not the recipe… got any ideas for me?
